I'm a passionate literacy edupreneur with over 2 decades of rich experience in training, teaching, business development, preparation of curriculum, workshop for teachers/parents, product launch, new business operations and establishment . I am the Founder and Director of Brainstorm International which has empowered over 25000 + educators with high impact literacy programmes and has transformed lives thousands of parents and children with transformational programmes.

I was devasted, when I started my job as a teacher, I realised that that teaching is ART.As an artist at heart I couldn’t work without freedom of expression and innovation.I realised while working with the schools that reading battle was never ending and there were many questions unanswered. The question which gave me sleepless night was- How do I raise the standard of literacy ? I spent almost a month in UK to understand the what are the schools doing there and what can I bring to India. Then the next journey to US was an eye opener. It took almost 4 years to understand the structure of English language and become a certified academic language therapist and Dyslexia therapist. I’m truly blessed and grateful to my mentor Sandra Dillon who have supported me unconditionally in this journey. Along with IQ,it was equally important to raise EQ and SQ quotient of teachers as well as children.
My transformational journey started with guidance of my spiritual Guru by understanding Chapters of Bhagwat Geeta and I discovered true purpose of my life. As an ABT practitioner, sand therapist, mind power expert and help people toto reach greater heights, build healthy relationships, tools and techniques tackle challenges, overcome obstacles and live the life of their dreams. My ability to collaborate, strategies and innovate transformed me into a leading literacy edupreneur and an author of highly effective and Holistic literacy programme for all kinds of learners. It is a multisenstory, structured, synthetic international phonics programme for pre- primary and primary grades.
I believe that every child should get equal opportunity to unlock their highest potential and with the correct guidance, proper direction and the right methods in early years can help them to lead a happier and successful life. As the challenges faced by children are increasing day by day, teachers are struggling to find answers to a lot of question.
Keeping all the current challenges in mind, We want to set a benchmark of excellence in creating a world class literacy programme and inspire, and empower the lives of teachers, parents and children to fulfil their dreams.
